The guitar pic was really well done. I wish I could have seen a preview of how the words/fonts would look on the pic before purchasing but it came out just fine. I used an emoji heart and was happy that they were able to carve that shape into the pic. The wooden box isn't necessary but makes the gift a little more special.

It took longer than advised to get delivered, but that is to be expected with the current pandemic. I bought it for my boyfriend, and he liked it a lot! The pic looked as pictured and the engraving was easy to read. He doesn't play with with wooden pics often but says it plays well, especially for acoustic sounds. The case it came in was nice, too! About the size of a jewelry box and twists open. Very content with this purchase!
